Very Good
Location and staff.
We were charged for room service when we just requested for 2 wine glasses. The price was very high for 2 glasses that were not even a wine glass.

Good hotel, could have a more friendly staff.
Good swimming pool. Very clean room.
Staff at check in was kind a cold, treated me without any courtesy as if I should'nt stayed at that hotel and she was making a favour to let me check in. At the reservation it says city view but at the 5th floor i barely could see the pharmacy across the street. Bathtub was kind a small.

Check in could be a way faster. Apparently they the staff has to fill out redundant information that would be streamlined with previous records. There is a big opportunity to improve check-in/checkout time/experience.
